One year later

So that was over a year ago and I've realised I'm not very good at this blogging!! Anyway, I fell off the wagon and got fatter, by the end of the year I was the heaviest I'd ever been but decided it was time.  The new year brought a new mindset. January 1st 2019 - 16st 3 lb Today is the 16th March 2019 and I now weigh...14st 12lb!! And have lost 9.5 cm off my waist. It hasn't been easy but not as hard as I thought either. I joined the gym in November but started going regularly in January, 3 times a week (although only been once this week). I have been using myfitnesspal to log my food one daily basis,  calories set at 1500 but try to keep it lower, usually around 1200, sounds low but if you eat the right food its doable, I try to fill my meals with veg and protein.

Day 2

Monday OK so the scales this morning (oh yeah, forgot to mention i weigh every day, i know most people say you shouldn't but I do) say 15 stone 10.2 lb which is 1.6 lb down from yesterday, so a good start. I didn't sleep very well, they say good sleep is key to weight lose, I'm not fat just tired!! I start work at 1315 today which is a bit of a pain but cant be helped, had planned on doing the treadmill this morning but think i have talked myself out of it again, I'll get back to you on that one. So the plan is to have lunch before I go to work, thinking at the moment it will be eggs of some description.

Day 1

So time to sort this out, current weight 15 stone 11.8 lbs with a body fat of 45.8%, not good! The heaviest I have been for a while. Been trying to sort it for a while but just keep slipping back into old habits, every day starts with good intentions and I love Toni but I so wish she would quit filling the work biscuit tin up!!! Why Forever fat? well , I would of thought that was obvious! It feels like I have been fat forever and even if I manage to shift this weight I think I'll always be a fat girl, always thinking about what to eat next, always wanting cake, always having cake, digging the spoon into the peanut butter/nutella* jar (*delete as appropriate). Always arguing with myself whether putting my trainers on and getting the arse off the sofa is the right thing to do. I have decided to focus on slimming world. Free foods, speed foods and Syns ( apparently short for synergies and nothing to do with sins) Healthy extra A (diary) and B (bread, cereal etc). I have also ...
