One year later
So that was over a year ago and I've realised I'm not very good at this blogging!!
Anyway, I fell off the wagon and got fatter, by the end of the year I was the heaviest I'd ever been but decided it was time. The new year brought a new mindset.
January 1st 2019 - 16st 3 lb
Today is the 16th March 2019 and I now weigh...14st 12lb!! And have lost 9.5 cm off my waist.
It hasn't been easy but not as hard as I thought either. I joined the gym in November but started going regularly in January, 3 times a week (although only been once this week).
I have been using myfitnesspal to log my food one daily basis, calories set at 1500 but try to keep it lower, usually around 1200, sounds low but if you eat the right food its doable, I try to fill my meals with veg and protein.
