Day 1

So time to sort this out, current weight 15 stone 11.8 lbs with a body fat of 45.8%, not good! The heaviest I have been for a while. Been trying to sort it for a while but just keep slipping back into old habits, every day starts with good intentions and I love Toni but I so wish she would quit filling the work biscuit tin up!!!

Why Forever fat? well , I would of thought that was obvious! It feels like I have been fat forever and even if I manage to shift this weight I think I'll always be a fat girl, always thinking about what to eat next, always wanting cake, always having cake, digging the spoon into the peanut butter/nutella* jar (*delete as appropriate). Always arguing with myself whether putting my trainers on and getting the arse off the sofa is the right thing to do.

I have decided to focus on slimming world. Free foods, speed foods and Syns ( apparently short for synergies and nothing to do with sins) Healthy extra A (diary) and B (bread, cereal etc). I have also started C25K again, 2 years ago I was running 5k 3 times a week, all be it slowly (fastest time 36:48), now I can't convince myself to get outside for the fear of being laughed at. Took me several weeks to realize that this isn't an excuse because we have a treadmill, and a cross trainer, and a vibroplate, and lots of weights, and a punch bag, and resistant bands etc, etc, you get the picture.

YOUR BODY IS CAPABLE OF ANYTHING, IT'S YOUR MIND THAT NEEDS CONVINCING

Hours and hours on pinterest taught me that!!

So today has been relatively easy, but Sundays always are. My problems come when I'm left to my own devices , when there is nobody to judge when I sink the spoon into the peanut butter jar or when i come back from the shops having visited Greggs and B&M and sit down to watch Jeremy Kyle and stuff my face only to pay for it later when my guts protest in agony at the amount of sugar I have eaten. Luckily this week is half term so I will kind of have company on the days that I start work late and finish early, I say kind of because he is after all a 14 year old boy and the PS4 lives upstairs in his mancave, no somewhere any mum wants to go!!  

Breakfast was 40g of porridge oats make with water and topped with banana

Dinner was an omelette made with 3 eggs, spinach, ham and 2 mini light babybel, and an orange

Tea was pork leg, carrots, Brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale, followed with a muller light yogurt and special k cereal bar

there will be a snack this evening, probably a packet of iced gems  (yes i know i am 45 but sugar is my thing and grandad used to buy these for me) which meas i finish day 1 on 10 syns, so all good.

I am thinking that planning is going to be the key to this.

Also had a jumbo smack a jack for 3.5 syns so finished the day on 13.5
